What if a law suddenly made it illegal for people over age 50 to consume caffeine beverages?

Over 50
Me-She asked:

How many people would become lawbreakers just to get their morning fix of caffeine? Any ideas about what would happen if caffeine was deemed illegal for citizens over 50? Could it be? Would it be?
Should it be?
Health “professionals” often tell their older patients that caffeine deteriorates their joints, yet no facts exist to back this up.
