after 25 fertility decreases in a woman. a 50 year old woman, that has not gone through menopause yet, would still be almost impossible to get pregnant naturally. and if she did get pregnant, it would be very unlikely that that the fetus would be viable and go to term. if the fetus went to term there would great likelyhood of problems with the baby. there are not many 50 year old women who have given birth.
