I am 27, and accidently bought centrum silver which is supposed to be for people over 50. Is this bad for me?

no…in fact it is good for you.
The other day suggested to us feel any different.
You don’t need to toss it, the “Silver” version has a slightly different balance of the quantities of vitamins geared towards aging people. The biggest difference is that the Silver version does not contain Iron and has a lot more B12. The extra B12 won’t hurt you, and if you’re getting enough iron from other sources that shouldn’t be a problem either. Just buy the right kind next time but go ahead and use this bottle up first, they aren’t THAT different.
